Bralief The Original Bra Clip was invented to lift the breast and relief the extra weight.  It also stops falling straps.  I can be worn on bra, tank tops and bathing suits.  It is made of elastic and can be adjustable in length to accommodate different shapes and sizes.  It works for natural, prosthesis and implant breast types.

Former Senior Software Test Engineer Kathy Baker-McLean brings a unique corporate portfolio to the burgeoning world of female entrepreneurs.  Her ability to evaluate technology is complemented by her strong consumer knowledge base and the understanding of supply and demand plus quality verses quantity.  Ms. Baker-McLean holds a masters degree from Nova Southeastern University in Computer Information Science and an undergraduate degree in political science from Howard University.  She has led engineering project teams for major corporations and government contractors in South Florida and Metropolitan Washington, D.C.

In 2003 after leading a stressful career, Baker-McLean left her field of computer science and transitioned to the designing a product of under-wearing apparel. A novel yet sorely needed product for women.

Kathy Baker-McLean also had many problems associated with having large breasts.  After her first son was born, she was a size 40-J, then went down to a 40-G. She purchased many different bras to get a lift and feel relief for her shoulders, neck and back.

One month after leaving her job, Baker-McLean woke up one morning with the idea and name for the product called “The Bra Clip.”   Baker-McLean considers her product idea as her blessing.  Baker-McLean wrote down this idea and persued her idea on little more than faith and the knowledge that thousands of women find themselves with the same problem.

She and her husband sold their home and moved in with her parents to make her idea become a reality and applied for a patent.  Her prior work experience helped hone Ms. Baker-McLean’s skills in evaluation, analytical detail, design specifications and overall product development and served as a segue into the founding of  Baker-McLean Investment Group and its consumer product line – including the invention of the now re-named BRALIEF.

Florida native Baker-McLean has invented an innovative self-help product for the women’s accessory clothing industry. She created BRALIEF out of empathy for women seeking a non-invasive, non-surgical way to bring comfort to wearing a brassiere.  She also discovered that the product improves self-confidence in women who saw a new, more postured looking woman in the mirror after clipping on the BRALIEF.

Inventor:  Kathy Baker

After completing nearly a year of product research and design work, Baker-McLean launched her product in August 2004 through one-on-one consultations at tradeshows with thousands of women in major cities in Miami, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, Atlanta, Savannah, Birmingham, Little Rock, Memphis, Nashville, Chicago, Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, Detroit, Richmond and Washington, D.C.

After launching Bralief through independent sales representatives, specialty retailers, catalogs and regular appearances on QVC, she saw the need for this type of accessory. In October of 2009, Ms. Baker-McLean decided to open the Bra Access store in Orlando, FL. The goal of the store is to offer women unique bra accessories such as Bralief, provide bra fittings services and give women in the area a place to have a great bra wearing experience.

Since creating this invention, Kathy had become known in the tradeshow circuit as the “boob lady” and more as you could imagine.  She does not mind because it comes with the territory

The Styl Styk Hair Part-ner is a helpful set of hairstyling combs that make styling hair at home fun, not frustrating.  Styl Styks help hide dark roots, which extends the

time between coloring and highlighting, which saves you money! Or, you can quickly and easily create a new look or add a little ''volume'' to your current hairstyle in seconds, by just simply changing the part in your hair. No trip to the salon for a “new look” needed!

The''Flip-do'' comb is for wider spaced zigzag parting. The ''Pony-tail'' design is for closer spaced zigzag parting. Both combs are included in each package ordered.

I am a "Stay at Home Mom" from Cleveland, Ohio who stumbled upon a helpful hair styling tool while standing in front of my bathroom mirror. Attempting to hide my grown-out roots by creating an uneven part --a secret used by celebrity hairdressers-- with no “rat tail” comb in sight, I grabbed a simple hairpin in a nearby drawer to part my hair. After I ran the hairpin across my scalp which had effortlessly created an awesome uneven part, I experienced that “Ah-Hah” moment and found a solution to a problem that I had always struggled with.   I was anxious to share my experience with my stylist. As she watched me part my hair she said, “You have no idea how many people sit in my chair and ask me to teach them how to part their hair exactly the way you just did.” Obviously, I wasn’t the only person having this hair parting problem. This encouraged me to take the next step in developing an actual tool that could help other women solve a few of the hairstyling challenges that they were also experiencing at home.   Unbeknownst to me, my husband had taken my original design; an old hairpin attached to my son’s school pencil, to a manufacturer and had the first prototype made. I found this gift wrapped (in newspaper!) in my stocking on Christmas morning. Now, I could go out and actually show others the different parts and styles that I was able to create with ease using my “magical tool” that I started to call the Styl Styk Hair Part-ner®.   After several design changes, research, consulting with a beauty expert and a lot of hard work and determination, the Styl Styk Hair Part-ner® was born. The Styl Styk® has been featured on QVC, the Home Shopping Network and CNBC’s hit entrepreneurial show “The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch.”

Inventor:  Chrissy Sparrow

Sometimes a bad hair day can inspire true creativity. Chrissy Knuth Sparrow, creator of the Styl Styk Hair Part-ner, developed this innovative hair tool out of the need to combat grown out roots in between coloring appointments.

After calling her local hair salon in Chagrin Falls, Ohio for an appointment, Chrissy discovered her stylist was completely booked and could not touch-up her roots. Luckily, Chrissy's stylist clued her in on a hairdressing secret often used by celebrity hairdressers--a zigzagged part, which hides dark roots and extends the look of hair color.

Chrissy loved the tip, but trying to achieve a professional result on her own at home proved to be a challenge. "I've spent many mornings in front of the mirror trying to part my hair like my stylist, but I could never quite get it right and always ended up being frustrated". Chrissy also tried other hair parting products, with little or no success which also added to her disappointment.

Then one morning, when her usual rat tail comb could not be found and she grabbed an old hair pin from the bathroom drawer to part her hair. "I could not believe my eyes. My chin hit the floor; by mistake I had stumbled on a way that I could part my hair like a professional."

Chrissy's first prototype was her hair pin taped to one of her son's school pencils. She carried it with her always. Her husband, unbeknownst to her hired an engineer and had a real prototype made for his wife (which he wrapped in her stocking and gave to her at Christmas)

She proudly began using her invention and learned that other customers at the salon were also struggling with trying to part their hair and in fact, would stop in for lessons. With the knowledge that others were having the same problem…the idea to create a new hairstyling tool to help women was born.

Beyond what I had imagined as a helpful hairstyling tool for women, the Styl Styk Hair Part-ner®’s greater purpose was revealed to me when I was approached by a national non-profit breast cancer organization. After reading an article about the Styl Styk® in the Plain Dealer, I was contacted by Darby Bentoff-O’Brien, from Breast Cancer Network of Strength®. I had always felt that a connection could be made between my product’s pink color and feminine design to support women with cancer. Worried about how the product would be embraced by women who may have lost their hair due to treatment of the disease, I was reluctant to pursue the relationship. Darby put my concerns to rest and convinced me that the Styl Styk® was a good fit and could help their organization. Since my grandmother had died from breast cancer years earlier, I couldn’t think of a better way to honor her and other women who suffer from this disease.   I am proud to say that $1.00 is being donated to Breast Cancer Network of Strength® for every Styl Styk® sold. Breast Cancer Network of Strength™ provides immediate emotional relief to all those touched by breast cancer through a hotline called YourShoes™ 24/7 Breast Cancer Support Center. YourShoes™ is staffed entirely with peer counselors who are all breast cancer survivors. By working with Network of Strength, I can help them accomplish their mission, which is to ensure through information, empowerment and peer support that no one will have to face breast cancer alone.
