I was a thumb sucker and my mom tried everything from pepper sauce to gloves to get me to stop thumb sucking. All the negative things she tried just made me want to suck more. It was my grandmother that hand sewed a thumb puppet and a week later I stopped. I remember that it was positive and fun and it was something I could show off to my friends. When I researched products on the market, I noticed everything shames a child to quit thumb sucking including bitter tasting nail polish which has chemicals in it so I wrote the children’s stories…Thumbuddy To Love™ ( Thumbuddy To Love-Fireman Fred and Thumbuddy To Love Ballerina Sue) and designed the thumb puppets to match. Research shows that children learn best when it is fun and positive. Thumbuddy to Love has been in business for about a year and is doing well! We won a Mom’s choice Award in 2009. 

Research that brought about the Lenzbright kit began with the need to satisfy some customers. When a headlight needed replacing due to an accident customers quickly noticed the condition of the old headlight. It looked like their car had only one eye open with the old headlight being yellow and faded. Others noticed the increasing difficulty to see at night even when driving with the brights on.

We were able to strip off the corrsion and buff the lens which was a fair improvement but many lenses began clouding again rather quickly.

I found that lenses were coated at the factory with a protective coating. The coating could not be applied by hand so we began researching what properties were needed so the coating could be used by anybody without any special equipment. Two years later, after developing and testing we were satisfied with the results. When applied our sealer would self level, dry crystal clear and give the protection lenses needed.
