When our son was old enough, we planned on introducing him to the snow. Wanting to make sure our two-year-old bundle of energy would stay warm on his first snow day, we purchased the required gear. It was then we ran into a roadblock: gloves for little hands were near impossible to find. But we did, and we were off on our family adventure.
Things went downhill once we arrived at the snow park. Our eager son was ready to go, and after outfitting him in his snow gear, we tried to put his gloves on him. No go. Try as we might, they weren’t going on. Tears were shed by our boy and there was frustration all around. What started out as a fun day was ruined before it even began.
After inquiries and investigation on our part, we learned that the few manufacturers making gloves for children were not making them properly. We discovered a radical flaw in these glove designs; manufacturers were using an adult-sized hand pattern and simply shrinking it to a smaller size for children. Did you know that the space between the thumb and the forefinger on a child’s hand is up to a half-inch smaller than an adults? That’s why children’s gloves don’t fit!
With this knowledge, we have created a children’s glove that is ergonomically correct. Our zippered-back design allows a child to see the finger holes, which helps the glove go on effortlessly. They fit snuggly (great safety feature, especially when skiing or snowmobiling), are functional and durable, and come with a “nose wipe” on the forefinger! And they are even machine washable. So no more cold fingers and hands! It’s time for fun!

Hi Lori, If they were around 15 years ago, they went away because we couldn't find them! The zipper on the back makes the gloves easy to put on, but the real value with ZBG is that the thumb is in the right place on the glove for little hands. Thanks for … more the comment! Kathy

Hi CGL, As a mom, I hear you! As an entrepreneur with a brand new product, it costs a bit more to get it out. As we sell more, our cost can come down. If you try them, you will LOVE them!
