24" soft, cuddly doll

The doll comes clothed in a long sleeve cotton white shirt, and socks, and blue jeans. You can also add a 20 second re-recordable voice chip.  Package has an iron-on transfer and directions.

Perfect for separation anxiety, divorce, daycare, night fears, grandparents, Alzheimer’s, elderly loneliness, fun gift, bereavement, military deployment, twin doll, sweethearts, traveling parents, baby bonding, adoption, graduation and endless possibilities.

As a mother of four children I was faced with Mom guilt at night time when they were all small, as they each wanted me to spend a lot of time in their room at night telling stories and cuddling.  I’d go from room to room and it was a never ending long process.  One  night I yelled, “I need one of me for all of you!”  PERFECT a Mommy clone that could  be a virtual Mom when I could not be with each child as they needed me!  Now they  could take “Me” to daycare without having to be peeled off my legs, feel comforted and secure at nighttime and hug “Me” whenever they needed!  Problem solved!

The first order of dolls did not have enough stuffing in them and all the pants would fall down.  Luckily the heads were not attached to the bodies, as they were made separately in case the photo faces did not come out right, the entire doll would not be trashed.  So, we have to add stuffing to each doll and have the pants taken in.  Demonstrating the dolls before the pants were fixed, they would fall down and jokes would be made that the dolls are lsong their pants!

NightWave™ sleep assistant:

NightWave eliminates tossing and turning and helps you fall asleep naturally. You get the rest you need to feel great in the morning.

Many people lie awake at night suffering from common insomnia or jet lag. NightWave helps people who suffer from sleep loss due to:

  • Overstimulation from an active mind
  • Environmental and lifestyle stresses
  • Jet lag and unfamiliar sleep surroundings

With NightWave, adults and children alike begin to relax within minutes and then easily drift into sleep. NightWave is also great for returning to sleep in the middle of the night.

HOW IT WORKS:  NightWave silently guides you in a special pre-sleep relaxation session in the privacy of your own bedroom.  NightWave projects a soft blue light into your darkened bedroom. The "luminance" of the light slowly rises and falls. Lie with eyes open and synchronize your breathing with the blue wave as its movement becomes slower and slower. After a short time, NightWave shuts off and you roll over and fall asleep. And unlike sound machines, the soft light does not disturb others.

If you currently take prescription or over-the-counter sleep aids, the money you spend on just one co-pay gives you years of sleep assistance with NightWave because the only thing you refill is batteries.

As a contractor on an extended assignment with a Fortune 100 company, Stephen Parsons experienced the pressure and stress of working on deadline all day at his computer.  While he had decades of experience with meditation and deep breathing practices for relaxation, it was difficult for him to implement in a corporate environment.   He thought, "This is ridiculous...after all these years of meditating, I should be able to figure out a way to handle this better".

Stephen was inspired to develop a tool that harnessed all his expertise in relaxation techniques not only for himself, but for the general market. Over the course of two years, he developed the Smoooth® relaxation assistant. Smoooth delivers on a users’ desktop a subtle graphic image which slowly expands and contracts to give the user a gentle guide with which to regulate their breathing.

After selling Smoooth for about a year on a nominal level, Stephen became determined to create a physical version of his relaxation software.   He wanted to create a device that could be used while away from the computer.  Stephen developed a prototype which was originally intended to be held in the hand as a guide for brief relaxation sessions.  While testing it one day to understand all the combinations and permutations of it, the room that he was testing the device in grew dark as the sun was setting and he noticed the light emanating from the device reflecting off the ceiling.  At that moment, instead of relaxing by looking directly at the product, he looked to the oscillating glow in the room, and before he knew it, he was asleep...the NightWave sleep assistant was born.

Stephen Parsons, Founder, has personally explored the basis of our products for more than 30 years.  He brings the personal vision and technical knowledge required to develop innovative natural products.   Stephen has experience as a journalist, technical writer, and engineer.

After building NightWave prototypes we manually sent a press release to about 20 magazine editors.  The editor of a national magazine liked the concept of NightWave so much at that it garnered a mention on the cover of the magazine.  That first PR effort was a complete surprise to us and generated a story that created our first $100,000 in sales.  We were lucky to have placed a large order with our manufacturer in order to satisfy that demand.
