I conceived of a Magnetic Collar Stay while getting dressed to go out to dinner with my family and friends. My wife threw me a brand new shirt to put on. When I buttoned it up, I could not believe my eyes... I looked just like John Travolta (no offense John) in Saturday Night Fever! I instantly had the "Ah-Ha Moment" in the mirror. I made a conceptual prototype as I was leaving the house. And guess what... It wurked!

Before I brought my product to market, I wurked in the Automotive Collision World. I was an insurance appraiser and "played" graphic designer by night. I have always been creative and artistic, and I have always come up with the next creative idea, but never pursued anything further than just dreaming about it. I then went from one mens specialty store to another... door to door (sent my wife in) and had to learn the whole retail distribution scene. Believe me... I''m still learning. One product has turned into building a brand. I thought bringing Power Stays™ to market was an undertaking. Building a brand and coming up with innovative twists, leaves for many 25 hour days... there are 25 hours in a day, right?

The Style 'n Wrap™ is a multi-functional travel companion created to solve the problem of handling hot hairstyling tools. I use to travel for a living and having a “bad hair day” could cause me to lack focus on what was important. Like other women, styling my hair has always been one of the last steps to my beauty routine. Most hotel rooms are not designed for a woman to style her hair conveniently. Hotel living from Monday through Friday allowed me to design a travel convenience product for women. At the age of 44 I became an adoptive mother to a beautiful little girl from China. My attention shifted from corporate America to stay-at-home Mom. Starting my own business, Geneva Girls Designs, seemed like a natural fit to honoring both my business background and my desire to be involved in developing my daughter’s growth.

This is truly a genius invention. My sister and I each have one, and wondered why we didn't have the smarts and imagination to design this product . Oh well.....
It's not big and bulky, and excellent for traveling. And you don't have to use it for hot … more tools, it's handy for all kinds of things, and you just roll it open and work from there. A must have. Really.

Great item. Planning to buy...IF you are serious about your appearance as we are...$35 is long term cost for serious clothiers. I have purchased so many (for my husband) of the plastic version-no good. I stopped purchasing them b/c of the low integrity in … more its compound. This is an essential product. I have experience in working in fine men suit department in Florida. This is a needed tool to look serious.
