Fairytale Wishes, is a line of natural aromatherapy sprays for kids designed to help them with common fears and anxieties associated with childhood. Currently, there are 4 sprays in my line. Each comes with a mini-fairytale on the hang tag, written by Freddy, the magic Fairytale Wishes frog which explains why each spray “magically” works. Additionally, there is a bit of “magic” glitter in each bottle.
The individual sprays are:
Sweet Dreams- Lavender scented to be sprayed on your child’s pillow to chase bad dreams away.
Monster Repellent- Bubblegum scented to be sprayed anywhere your child thinks a monster, bed bug, or anything scary might be hiding because in case you didn’t know—Monsters are terrified of bubblegum.
Super Hero-This energizing peppermint scent (just a spray or two on your child’s clothing) instantly and magically turns your child into a Super Hero—brave enough to face anything that causes them fear. Some examples: going to the doctor, dentist, getting on the school bus, trying something new…the possibilities are endless.
Happy Camper-This grape jelly scented spray is for when your child is nervous about leaving home. They spray it on their pillow at camp or wherever they might be and like magic, homesickness disappears.
All of my sprays are made in the United States and are made from naturally derived ingredients and are, of course, completely non-toxic.
I developed this line of products after having kids that were scared to go to sleep at night. I knew about the soothing properties of lavender and went out and spent a small fortune on a lavender pillow mist from bath and body store. I decided after speaking to many parents that there was a need for a product such as this one and decided to come up with a whole line to cater to a variety of common childhood fears. I wanted it to be a FUN and EMPOWERING product for kids. The packaging was designed to be colorful and engaging while appealing to both boys and girls.
I had a mom contact me whose 4 year old daughter (who is now in remission, thankfully) was having to go to treatments for a childhood cancer and was wondering if our Super Hero spray would help overcome her fear of going to her tests and treatments. I, of course, sent her a bottle to try and decided to write her a personalized letter from Freddy, the magic frog. Her mom e-mailed me and told me it was like a miracle for her daughter and that the peppermint scent even helped with nausea. With that, I implemented the free personalized letter from Freddy onto my website. These are the stories that keep me going every day and bring so much joy into my life—to know that my products are REALLY helping kids.

A funny story about one of my Happy Camper spray. I sent my daughter to overnight camp for the first time this past summer and of course, I sent her armed with a bottle of Happy Camper spray.
About 3 days into camp, I got a call from the camp director to tell me a cute story about my daughter. Apparently, she was in my daughter’s cabin and she got a call on her walkie talkie that a camper was really homesick. With that, my daughter went to go her trusty bottle of Happy Camper spray and told the director to read the boy the fairytale and tell him to spray it on his pillow and his homesickness would instantly disappear. The camp director said—“What do I have to lose?” She brought it to the boy’s cabin and told him about the magic spray and how to use it. Tearfully, he took the bottle and went into the cabin and he was in there for a really long time. Finally, he came out and she said “Well?” He replied, “This stuff is awesome. My whole cabin used it—do you think I could use it again tomorrow?” With that she ordered a whole case to keep up at the camp for those exact moments.

What a creative product for boys & girls. I wish there was a spray like this when my son was little. Great gift idea! Especially for the holiday stocking.

The Monster Spray...critical the peaceful functioning of our home. My kids' room smells like a Bubblegum factory, but they are STAYING IN THEIR BEDS at night and going to sleep without 15 trips downstairs to tell me they are afraid of monsters. This … more product is brilliant.

My son just loves the sweet dreams spray. He keeps it by his bed at all times and I always smile when I see the sparkles on his pillow in the morning. I also sent the super hero spray to my friend's son who is in the hospital battling cancer. Along with … more the spray, the owner included an adorable and heartwarming personalized note to the brave little boy. I am also sure that when my son goes away to camp, he will have Happy Camper spray in his bag. Just an overall great product.

The Super hero spray is a great idea. Sometimes a little encouragement in a bottle can help in difficult and time challenged moments. All moms should carry this to doctors, sports, trips ....
