There are two elastic bands which fasten to the two lower buttons on your dress shirt. They allow for flexibility, keep the ENTIRE tie in place, and are easy to use.

I came up with the idea after having to wear a necktie every day for my position as an Account Executive at a Fortune 500 company. I would continually see guys who were well dressed but their tie was making them look rediculous...tucked into their shirt, flapping in the wind and out of place.

I started thinknig of ways to improve the necktie which has remain unchanged for the past two hundred years. While there are tie pins, tie clips, and tie bars, but NONE of them do what The iTie does.

I started The iTie after losing my full time job in August of 2008. It took two months to get the patent filed, corporation established, and the website up, from there it has been an unforgettable ride.

Up and running in November of 2008, The iTie has been gaining popularity and exposure. You may have seen The iTie on Discovery Channel's "Pitchmen" or on The Tonight Show with Conan OBrein. The iTie is also going to be featured on Tyra Bank's gift guide for 2009.

Joseph Sale is a native of Tampa, FL and has the last name would lend, he is a natural when it comes to Sales.

Joe, "I have a dog named Porter, was born and raised in Tampa, went to Florida State University (Sigma Chi fraternity), have lived in Boston and Miami and love to travel."

There are over 50 million ties sold every year, but NONE of them do what The iTie does.

I have huge plans for The iTie, especially in the collegiate and sports markets...stay tuned.

I openly laugh and point at people who wear standard neckties, especially when it is out of place or over their shoulder.

I (Shane Geary) had borrowed a friends chipping net and started chipping golf balls it. I almost immediately realized I never get to see the run out of the golf ball. I never get to see the golf ball bounce and roll or how the golf ball responds to the ground. A friend took away the chipping net just before the golf ball went in and the golf ball traveled another 8 feet. I then realized I am practicing the wrong speed of stroke. I wanted to experience the run out. I wanted to keep adjusting my speed of stroke thus the Flip-n-Chip was born.

THIS HAS HELPED MY SHORT GAME SO MUCH ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PRACTICE HOW HARD TO HIT THE BALL AT THE FLIP-N -CHIP AND YOU WILL KNOW HOW HARD TO HIT THE BALL ON TO A GREEN .EVERY GOLFER SHOULD HAVE ONE. GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT.
