In Texas it gets really hot and you need to stay hydrated when you mow. I wasted too much time and energy stopping to get a drink when I mowed, so I looked for a drink holder for my mower and could not find one. I figured I must not be the only one who would want a lawn mower drink holder so I decided to invent one.

The Mow Buddy is a lawn mower drink holder. It has adjustable straps to fit any size handle and can also be used on strollers, walkers, scooters and lawn furniture. It includes a foam drink holder and can hold small or large drinks.
Inventor: Suzy Collins
I worked in telecommunications for 20 years and was laid off when my employer, WorldCom went into bankruptcy. I decided I wanted to do something different and I already had the idea for the invention and now I also had the time!
Inventing has been a whole new process for me. My first shipment I received of 1,000 was not made correctly (not the same as the sample they had sent me) & I cried when I got them. My husband was very supportive & that always helps.
“Primo” is a faceless character whose spirit lives within each of us. “Finding Your Primo” is about finding that place inside of you that forces you to do or be the best that you can. It’s about finding your inner strength, embracing your challenges, working hard, persevering, and believing in yourself to be a winner. Using power words, and a faceless, wacky looking cartoon character, Primo Activewear delivers this message to kids and adults on America’s favorite piece of clothing… the cotton tee. The key to success whether in sports, school, work, relationships, injury or illness, is to “find your Primo”!
It was a process of evolution…the collision of stay-at-home motherhood, losing loved ones to cancer, and learning to surf lead to my line of t-shirts, Primo Activewear. It was the “who is Primo” shirt that brought upon change. The tee’s came to life when I sat down several months later and answered the question to “who is Primo”. The result; an endearing story about a kid determined to succeed. A story filled of ones qualities and traits that I had spoke of when reading my dads eulogy a year before. These were qualities I had witnessed and learned over the years. I had breathed life into the character and therefore the brand of t-shirts; giving people the ability to not just wear a t-shirt but to tout a message that showed off who they were or what they aspired to become…. A winner!

I found my Primo in 1980. His heart held more love than anyone on earth! His daughter keeps the love alive! Purchase some Primo Activewear and wear the love where ever you live on the planet.

I think Suzy invented a cool product. I don't have to look for my bottle of water when I get thirsty.

Great "why didn't I think of that" idea! I like the simplicity and the "one size fits all" design.
