Can I purchase all products that have appeared on YAK ABOUT IT?

You can! Well… sometimes you can, and sometimes you can’t. To avoid the risk of missing out on a product you like or to avoid possibly having to pay more or wait for months, we suggest you just toss one in your cart and check out as soon as you see it featured. Our purpose is to expose you to fantastic products from start-up and independent entrepreneurs; however, if you missed the day the item was on sale or the product isn’t currently a ‘MOST YAKABLE’ or the ‘MONTHLY FEATURED’ there is still a chance that you can purchase the items. Go to Yak Nation, if the product you like is still available you’ll see our BUY IT icon. You may also see SOLD OUT, which is self-explanatory or you may see a wild and crazy Yak with a graduation cap on it. This YAK GRADUATE icon means a product is no longer a Yak About It type product. It means a product has either reached mainstream recognition and popularity or the invention has been sold or licensed by the inventor to a big industry firm.

Our goal is that all products you see on YAK ABOUT IT find their way to a greater number of retail shelves and e-commerce web sites. Nothing makes us happier than helping an unknown product get noticed and taking it from hard-to-find to widely available across the globe. We someday aspire for all Yak About It products in Yak Nation to say SOLD OUT or feature the YAK GRADUATE icon.

Can I received a preview of tomorrow’s products?

Nope. You’ll just have to wait like everyone else. You can, however, sign up to review our news and information. By going to the YAK ABOUT IT home page, you can join our e-MAIL CLUB and you’ll receive emails on what new and exciting products we are selling each day. We won’t tell you what product was yesterday’s best, but we figure you can come check us out to view the Most Yakable.

Where and how do you ship?

YAK ABOUT IT only ships within the 50 United States of America. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or to P.O. Boxes. Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending on the product and/or the order size. Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and quantity of the products you order.

Am I charged sales tax?

Since YAK ABOUT IT is located in New York State, you only pay sales tax if you are shipping your order to somewhere in New York State. All other states do not require you to pay a sales tax.

I would like to change my user name and/or password. How do I do that?

Once logged into the ‘My Account’ tab. Within this section you can change your password and address information. You cannot change your email. If you want to use a different email you’ll need to create a new account.
